Roles And Responsibilities :

Oversee receiving and issuing of all finished goods and materials according to company procedures. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system (materials and finished goods). Maintain stock accuracy, including regular inventory checks and cycle counts. Ensure proper safekeeping and organization of physical stock in the store area. Safeguard all related documents (e.g., invoices, delivery orders) as per policy. Coordinate material disposition activities in line with company guidelines. Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols. Work closely with Planning and Material departments, as well as other departments and subsidiaries. Support and lead the team to ensure efficient store operations and communication flow. Report any stock discrepancies or operational issues to management promptly. Basic System Knowledge - Familiarity with material tracking systems (e.g., barcode scanning, inventory systems, Oracle system) is an advantage.

Skills:-

Familiar with Store/warehouse management in a manufacturing environment , ability to comprehend and implement changes, detail oriented with sincere desire to produce accurate, quality oriented work and a very positive attitude. Basics experience in store / warehouse Certified Forklift Driver - Must possess a valid forklift driving license and demonstrate safe operation of forklift equipment is an advantage. Minimum 3 years above of working experience.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
