Job Description

1) Manage and arrange production\xe2\x80\x99s target and plan 2) Manage daily manpower planning and arrangement as to lead the production team in management of the fundamental resources which Man, Machine, Method and Material 3) Responsible for documentation and records required for GMP and regulatory affairs 4) Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, GMP, safety and health, quality and regulatory requirement such as scheduled periodic sanitation are being carried out. 5) To follow up and ensure with production schedule to achieve the production\xe2\x80\x99s target according to planning priorities 6) Responsible to manage the efficiency of production area including the performance of machine, man and material used. Need to report to the superior for any breakdown or failure in the production area 7) Involve in performing breakdown maintenance as well as Preventive Maintenance according to plan and leading the Technicians. 8) Other duties on ad hoc requirements Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field 2. Must be willing to work overtime if required 3. Able to work independently 4.Hardworking and have good self discipline 5.Have good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice or food processing is an added advantage
