Production Line Leader
Job Description
Lead and coordinate daily activities on the production line to ensure efficient workflow and target achievement.
Assist the Production Supervisor in planning and executing production schedules.
Monitor production processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
Train and guide line operators and new staff on work procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Conduct daily line checks to ensure equipment, materials, and manpower are available and functioning properly.
Ensure all production operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Support maintenance of production records, shift reports, and inventory tracking.
Report production issues, delays, or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.
Ensure that the quantity of materials consumed matches the formulation requirements.
Any other tasks as instructed by your superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
