JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist supervisor in the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety requirement compliance, enforcement of PPE, and be proactive in identifying safety hazards at all times.
• Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that include workstation assignments/rotations, leave and overtime arrangement, optimization of manpower all workstations for smooth running of production.
• Assist production supervisors in coordinating production startups, shutdowns, changeovers and prevention maintenance.
• Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target.
• Responsible and resolving day -to-day production quality and process control issues.
• Carry out daily checklist form and production report.
• Make sure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.
• Plan and organize maintains for machines, respond to breakdowns, report down time.
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, or it\xe2\x80\x99s equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good in Troubleshoot machines, able to do welding and electrical work whenever required.
• Candidate must have at least more than 2 years of experience in the related field required for this position
• Computer Literate
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems.
• Team player and good communication skills.
