• KPI & Quality Assurance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery, productivity, quality, and inventory management.
• Production Planning: Manage SAP production tasks, optimize inventory, and utilize production capacity to its fullest.
• Team & Performance Management: Lead team performance, foster collaboration, and promote productivity.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to TS 16949, ISO9000, OHSAS, and ISO140001 standards.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain compliance with local/international standards, including Employment Act and EICC guidelines.
• New Product Introduction: Oversee new product rollouts and technology transfer processes.
• Documentation: Set up work instructions, SOPs, BOMs, and maintain production records.
• Process Validation: Conduct process validation including installation and operational qualification.
• Project Support: Assist with key projects supporting business unit objectives.
• Production Scheduling: Schedule production to ensure smooth operations and meet output targets.
• Yield & Quality Goals: Achieve target manufacturing yield with consistent quality.
• Materials Management: Manage procurement and inventory of production-related materials.
• Budget Control: Plan and monitor production expenses and capital investments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Experience: Proven experience managing teams of 40+ in manufacturing, with knowledge of Lean, P/FMEA, SPC/DOE, ISO, and safety standards.
• Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• The ability to work in a combination of office and factory settings.
