Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow under the Plant Manager.
Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve output, delivery, and cost targets.
Oversee production processes to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Drive efficiency improvements by optimizing workflow and applying Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
Lead and develop production teams through supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Enforce SOPs, quality control measures, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to support business goals.
Maintain equipment reliability, lead continuous improvement projects, and report on key production KPIs.

Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in production/operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in electronics/precision manufacturing/semiconductor industries preferred.
