PRODUCTION MANAGER
Job Responsibility & Description
- Overall management of production & production related matters to ensure smooth uninterrupted production
- Ensure Overall production / Maintenance is in order
- Check & verify on daily production check list report
- Prepare Monthly Report
- Reporting on production down time / capacity
- Ensure Quality of product is maintain.
- Training of factory worker \xe2\x80\x93 Training plan & assessment report.
- ISO Audit Procedure.
- Manage the factory cleanliness
- Manage worker discipline & training
- Manage & report on overall factory & production performance.
- Responsible towards daily output & functionality of production to meet target.
- Maintain health & safety
- Manage overall electrical maintenance & additional wiring work.
- Enforcement of S.O.P & discipline amongst production staff
- Management of shift rotation & HR of production Floor
