Plan, manage, and control daily production operations to meet production volume, cost, and delivery targets.
Ensure product quality by enforcing QC standards, inspecting finished goods, and addressing non-conformities.?
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, machine uptime, and cost per unit, and prepare regular reports.
Prepare and manage the production budget, controlling manpower, material, and maintenance costs.
Requirements
Strong understanding of production processes, machine maintenance, and workflow optimization.
Excellent problem-solving ability, with experience leading root-cause analysis and executing corrective actions.
Age preference: under 45 years old (male or female).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
