Job Summary Production Manager is required to manage all production activities in company products and understand how to help a business drive forward its manufacturing processes to make the necessary improvements. She or he leads the end-to-end processes in the production and required to liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive day to day operations and manage the daily production output, as well as, to troubleshoot issues relating to raw materials, production, and output as well as, safety and health. To oversee the overall manufacturing processes to ensure availability, efficiency and effectiveness in utilization of man, machine and materials in production. To strategize and direct the overall master planning of production activities to meet delivery dates according to sales forecast and/or customers\' orders while meeting standards of safety and quality. To ensure factory operational activities comply Halal, HACCP, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and all other statutory requirements. In collaboration with engineering department for the implementation of machine / production line maintenance and if any improvement projects. To assist the management in production planning, balance/allocation of resources and develop production capabilities to ensure customer demands are met. Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule. To train and upgrade the technical and production skills of the production team to achieve optimum productivity. To plan and prepare the cost budget for production and good inventory control. Conduct regular cost review and supplier performance review. Review production forecasting by all products. Work closely with various department for new products and campaign launch. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years working experience in food manufacturing with strong management skills. MNC frozen food manufacturing experience, particularly frozen dough and frozen confectionary is added advantage. Proficiency in MS office and ERP software. Strong knowledge in Halal, HACCP, Food Safety Standards and Occupational Safety A good team leader who is able to motivate the team. Willing to take on responsibilities and challenges . Willing to work in Nusajaya Tech Park, Johor Bahru
