Job Description

To ensure monthly production targets are achieved to meet customer expectation. Organize and compile all necessary production related information and data so as to facilitate better analysis for productivity improvements Prepare textile and apparel production plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Monitoring production progress against the schedule, ensuring that production is on track, and identifying any potential delays or issues that may arise. Coordinate in between production follow up team and sales person Conduct regular meeting with Sales Managing a team of production office (follow up team) and providing guidance and leadership as needed. Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.

Job Qualification

Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field. At least 3 years operation management experience in manufacturing environment is needed. Independent, analytical and possess good thinking and organization skill. Computer literate and hands on experience in ERP system. Must be sharp, deadline focused and motivated Experience in textile / apparel manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
