1. Fully responsible for production planning, production organization and scheduling, equipment management, and safety management. 2. Supervise, assign, and inspect the execution of production operation plans, regularly preside over production meetings, identify and promptly solve contradictions and problems in production operations, and ensure balanced production and completion of production plans. 3. Organize product production work to ensure that products are supplied according to plan. 4. Organize equipment management to ensure normal production operation. 5. Organize the formulation and modification of production management, equipment management, ISO management and other rules and regulations, and organize their implementation. 6. Analyze and summarize monthly and report to the production director on the completion status of production, equipment, safety, etc. 7. Organize energy conservation and safety work, and take effective measures to reduce consumption, reduce accident rates, and prevent major personal accidents. 8. Organize and promote advanced production management methods, continuously improve production management level, improve product quality, reduce costs, and improve labor productivity
