Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager with

at least 10 years

of working experience and

strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes

to lead and optimize our operations in a technically complex and process-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day PCB manufacturing operations, ensuring targets on quality, cost, and delivery are achieved. Develop and optimize production schedules and workflows. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Train, supervise, and motivate production staff and supervisors
? What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role. Comprehensive knowledge of the entire PCB manufacturing process Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills. Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is a must (Mandarin is a plus). Engineering or related degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
