Job Description

Working hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, with daily toolbox meeting at 7:30am.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee blast cleaning and painting activities ensuring efficiency, cost control and minimise wastages

-Lead daily toolbox meetings

-Develop production schedules, planning of materials, tools & equipment and manpower

-Conversant in all relevant standards (ASTM, ISO, SSPC, client specifications, procedures and ITPs)

-Ensure all work meets quality standards and ensure preventive actions in place for optimum quality control

-Supervision up to end of working day

-Able to analyse drawings, perform mathematical calculations and measurements

-Preparing daily production reports and KPI dashboards, and maintaining records for submissions

-Maintaining machineries and equipment involved in production process

-Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

-Ensure safety and environmental compliance during all blasting and coating operations

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or related field

5+ years of experience in blasting and painting production, operations or site management.

Strong knowledge of coating standards and inspection techniques relevant to offshore and onshore environments.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of B&P standards, production workflows and technical processes

Ability to interpret technical drawings, paint specifications, and QA/QC procedures.

Solid leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Organised, disciplined and highly responsible.

Safety focused with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
