PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Upholding the company\'s safety management standards within area of responsibility.

\xc2\xb7 Support and encourage the \xe2\x80\x9ccontinuous improvement \xe2\x80\x9cmind send towards to achieve high level productivity and quality.

\xc2\xb7 Receives a daily production schedule from planning and executes accordingly

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates these inputs and a variety of resources (e.g., materials, personnel, equipment, etc.) to achieve on-time production of quality products within budget guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process

\xc2\xb7 Recruit, select, assign, schedule, and coach employees.

\xc2\xb7 Manages shift personnel to ensure production targets are met including balancing headcount, managing holidays, managing overtime

\xc2\xb7 Lead a group of people (Normal Shift supervisors, Shift supervisors, Manufacturing specialist and operators towards to achieve the define KPI.

\xc2\xb7 First point of escalation for disciplinary issues within the production area.

\xc2\xb7 Manages and approves working hours, staff levels and operators

\xc2\xb7 Efficient control of daily activity and processes in production.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the required initial and ongoing training of all colleagues in the production areas meet requirements and expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that customer deadlines and quality requirements are met.

\xc2\xb7 Reviews employees\' performance and recommends employee compensation and ratings. Coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary. Interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups.

\xc2\xb7 Actively involve or participate in the quarterly Kaizen program to eliminate waste across the operation area to realize a high level of cost saving indicator.

Requirements

\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree in related field, with 7-10 years of experience in PCBA Manufacturing.

\xc2\xa7 Preferably Senior Executives / Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

\xc2\xa7 In-depth knowledge of the production process and the tools and equipment used in the process

\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of materials and processes

\xc2\xa7 In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit.

\xc2\xa7 Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics within a highly dynamic environment

\xc2\xa7 Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers, which may include presenting to groups

\xc2\xa7 Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight deadlines

\xc2\xa7 Knowledge in the Kaizen tools and encourage production use those tools to eliminate waste at production process

\xc2\xa7 Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: SAP, Word, Excel or PowerPoints.
