Job Description

:
Plan, monitor, and control daily production schedules and output targets.
Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and workflow.
Ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage technical resources.
Train and supervise production staff and technicians.
Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in production or technical management.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
Familiarity with quality control procedures.
Proficient in production planning software and tools.
Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
