Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules for washing, refining, and biodiesel units. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production output against targets (OEE, yield, cost per MT). Coordinate with supply chain, PPIC, tank farm, and logistics to ensure raw material availability and smooth product dispatch. Ensure optimum utilization of equipment, manpower, and resources. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime. Ensure products meet quality specifications. Lead and supervise production teams: supervisors, operators, and technicians across different units. Provide training and coaching to improve staff skills and safety awareness. Conduct performance reviews and manage manpower planning (shifts, overtime, multi-skill development).

Job Requirements:

Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in palm oil downstream operations (refinery, biodiesel, oleochemicals), with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/management role. Strong knowledge of palm oil refinery and biodiesel process operations. Familiar with production planning, cost control, and sustainability certification systems. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
