About the role As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality medical devices. This is a full-time position based in Kamunting, Perak.
What you'll be doing * Manage and coordinate the daily production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the manufacturing process

• Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Optimise production processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the engineering, quality, and procurement teams to resolve any production-related issues
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management

What we're looking for * Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar production management role within the manufacturing or medical device industry

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production planning, scheduling, and process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality management systems and experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient in using production planning and control software, as well as data analysis tools
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Willing to work at Kamunting, Perak.
