Job Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute detailed production programs to meet project timelines, delivery schedules and client expectations. Responsible for ensuring the production of high quality precast concrete products in full compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS), project specification and all statutory and regulatory requirements. Set clear production objectives and performance targets, focusing on efficiency, productivity and output quality. Develop and implement cost effective procedures and best practices aimed at minimizing production costs without compromising on quality, safety or productivity. Monitoring daily and weekly production performance- analyzing production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies and implementing corrective and improvement action. Optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, molds and equipment) to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost and shortest production cycle times. Strong ability to lead, drive and motivate a large production team comprising engineers, supervisors and operators to consistently meet production targets and urgent project deadlines. Identifies high potential employees and support their development through coaching, training, and succession planning initiatives Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement and logistic teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of precast elements to the project. Respond promptly to project requirements, design changes and sequencing adjustments to maintain schedule integrity and product quality. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Monitor production costs, waste and efficiency level. Promotes teamwork, discipline and a safety-first culture. Manage plant layout improvement and capacity expansion projects. Participant in budgeting and forecasting for the production department.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Min. Five (5) years hands-on experience in precast concrete production. Strong knowledge of production planning, QA/QC and cost control principles. Able to lead a full production team and manage production workers. Ability to meet production targets and deadlines. Understand theory and technical requirements. Computer literate, independent with good leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
