Job description
This company in Malacca is a Multinational Electronics manufacturer with operations all over the world. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing of all production operations and development of new manufacturing processes.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the production floor.
- Drive and meet production target as well as supporting internal and external audits.
- Regular review with management on productivity related matters.
- Bachelor\'s degree (at minimum) or Master\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or equavalent).
- Strong fundamentals in IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards.
- Expertise in manpower management & production planning.
- Exceptional understanding regarding machine capacity management.
- Lean six sigma accreditations are an added advantage.
