JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to Senior Production manager in providing the production process and schedule. Supervise production control and ensure products are produced on time or projects completed within the deadline. Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards. Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. Creating a timescale for production, supervising production processes, and adjusting schedules when needed. Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees. Assist in checking product standards and applying quality-control programs, liaising among different clients and departments, completing paperwork of the production manager and performing various tasks as assigned. Oversee the Facilities section; ensure that all facility related matters is addressed.

QUALIFICATION:

Graduate of engineering course, at least 2 years experience as Manager in any Manufacturing Industry Computer literate Able to work well under pressure during tight deadlines.

Has strong planning and organizing skills, great attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Can deal and communicate with all levels in the organization. Can do multi-tasking, innovative and can work under pressure. Can plan production schedule based on the resources available

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
