Job Overview

• Manage all night shift manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Lead and supervise supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), downtime, and scrap rates, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and emergency procedures while promoting a positive work culture.
• Ensure all products adhere to quality and regulatory standards, such as ISO, GMP, and OSHA.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and accountability.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present shift performance reports to senior management and ensure seamless handover between shifts.
• Collaborate with day shift leadership to align production plans and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Good in ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience guiding and motivating teams under demanding conditions.
• Good in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
