JOB DUTIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the production scheduling/planning based on production orders, factory capacity, material and manpower availability to achieve optimum equipment utilization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a group of production engineers, supervisors and technical staff to achieve production targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously improvement of production yield, scrap rate, throughput time and customer complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct product / process analysis in conjunction with related departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake arising improvement projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all company and corporate objectives are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties assigned by the superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with MS Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and business writing in English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to make decision under pressure and meet result with tight deadline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
