Job Description
Role Purpose
:To lead and manage the entire production operations--including fabrication, sheet metal, CNC machining, powder coating, and assembly--ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality production aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
:Strategic Production Planning
Translate company sales/production targets into monthly and weekly plans. Balance resource capacity (man, machine, material) across divisions.Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of all production sections. Monitor and control production output, efficiency, and quality.Team Leadership
Lead Production Engineers, Planners, Supervisors, and Line Leaders. Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and manpower planning.Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, implement lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen). Optimize workflow, layout, and process standardization.Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, safety, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with QA for in-line and final inspection controls.ERP & Reporting
Utilize ERP for planning, tracking, and reporting. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production KPIs for management review.Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with R&D & Engineering, Sales, QA, Procurement, Warehouse, and HR. Support smooth product handover from design to mass production.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
