Job Scope:

Ensures that the manufacturing processes run smoothly, effectively and efficiently Involvement in Quarterly Management meeting Liaise with Customers in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction Develop and prepare potential staffs for career advancement Monitoring of Plant performance production performance Good management skills (i.e. which includes but not limited to planning, organizing, controlling, staffing, training and communication)

Job Requirement

Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 and ISO 13485 Knowledge will be an advantage Good communication skills
