Job Description

In this job you will : Communicate daily/weekly/monthly production targets to subordinates. Organize machines and manpower by making shift schedules to meet delivery and production targets. Follow up daily and monthly machine allocation. Participate in daily section meeting. Conduct daily process patrol in production and non-production common area to ensure job compliance and use of equipment to meet safety and quality standards. Investigate occurrence and leakage causes of any human error. Establish One-Point-Lesson (OPL). Supervise subordinates to meet the expected performance. Coordinate personnel matters among shifts, including employees? attendance and health condition, report duty, leave, and manpower replacement. Suggest training plan for new and multi-skill acquisition. Check production output and quality index according to plan. Follow up urgent lot schedule if any. Investigate details of non-conformity report and enquire instructions from superior to stop or proceed the pending work-in-process (WIP). Report known issues in the scopes of job safety, quality, productivity, and utility failure. Enquire instructions from superior to execute the necessary improvements. Check reports on performance and correct the PRASS data error. Attend meetings organized by other sections necessary to perform duties and solve daily issues. Participate in SEDAC and SGA activities. Check the weekly material and spare part request trend and report the monthly stock-take results. Confirm received part and make inspection entry/request. Confirm use of chemical, storage and disposal of scheduled and general waste to meet safety and quality standards. Disseminate management information to employees and collect feedback from employees. Support to instruct new documented information and revision of new documented information to the employees through daily/weekly talk. Requirements : Able to organize, coordinate, and follow up routine job tasks. Able to listen, speak, read and write clearly using Bahasa Malaysia and preferably English. Able to train and influence subordinates and be accountable to them. Able to use computer for doing routine jobs and making presentation with little guidance. Product and process control (technical standard and instruction form).
