This role will primarily focus on supporting the halal certification process and developing Work Instructions (WI) for quality inspection activities.Key responsibilities1) PlanningCoordinate with Inter departments for rework and inspection task according to date and urgency for meet the shipment demand and timeline.Daily monitoring of quality inspection activities, supplies, scheduling and planning with warehouse and inter department.Communicate actively with warehouse and inter department product inspection update and progress.2) MaterialsActively monitor and forecast inspection supplies inventory and raise orders with suppliers or request from inter department such as production, supply chain and customer service - Carton, packaging, OPP tape, label and etc.3) Supervisory SupportDaily and monthly Inspection report, product disposal monitoring and daily activities for inspection operator / leader.SOP compliance of Production operators - performance, attendance, and general SOP complianceActively involve in reduction operator training - Safety, Quality Control, GMP and Compliance to General Company SOPs4) SystemAssist and support on halal implementation and monitoring on daily basis that compliance with JAKIM /MUI standard.Support in halal documentation, application for renewal product and audit.Actively in data collection, summary for production record based on requirement and project support open request by management.Involve in operation improvement such as processing, developed SOP / WI and other process study that relevant with product and process improvement.5) ReportingDirect reporting to management activelyCandidate must show initiative to engage management on all matters of improvement.General tasks and responsibilities as required in production or from Management on all levels of engagement from time to time is expected.Qualifications and skillsPreferrable diploma or minimum certification in the halal industry or food technology.Preferrable minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing system such as product quality, operation task in term of documentation, audit, supervise or relevant field.Fast learner with a strong determination to succeed.Basic knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO/FSSC22000 standards (preferred).Proficient in computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office applications.Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.Strong decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.It would be preferable if the candidate has personal transportation available for occasional document submission to the JAIJ, as needed.
