Performs manufacturing functions in production of semiconductor devices by operating various precision equipment within established process specifications.
May perform equipment set-up and calibration and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
Machine operation: Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
Production and quality: Work towards production targets, and ensure high product quality, yield, and output.
Process improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement activities like the 5S program and Quality Control Circles (QCC) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
