Product Assembly: Perform repetitive tasks to assemble products or sub-asemblies,which may include instaling, aligning, fastening, and fitting components together.
Use of Tools and Equipment: Operate hand tool (e.g,screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers), power tools (e.g, electric dils, nut runers), and ocasionaly light machiney safely and effectively.
Reading Instructions: Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, engineening drawings, and bill of materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate assembly.
Quality Control: Conduct qualty checks on own work and the work of peers to identify defects or deviations from standards. Adhere to all Quality Management ystem (QMS procedures.
Testing: May perform basic functional tests on assembled units to verify proper operation.
Packaging: Prepare finished products for shipment by performing cleaning, labeling, and packaging tasks as required.
Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)).
Lean Manufacturing: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e., 5s, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve safety.
Documentation: Accurately complete production and quality documentation, such as work orders and inspection reports.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals and address isues promptly.
Job Requirements:
High School SPM above or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred, but no required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to produce quality work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
