Carry out normal production work by operating a machine/equipment to produce quality product.
To perform 100% visual inspection as per the inspection instruction.
To record the production status on Injection Moulding Daily Production Record.
To take care of production machine as per Machine Operation Work Instruction.
Feedback and highlight to superior whenever encounter problem and abnormalities as per Production In-Process control flow chart.
To maintain good housekeeping at the working place.
To maintain the cleanliness of the assigned machine.
To ensure that machine is running with correct type of material and material tank is always full.
To shutdown machine and perform purging if there is no more production.
Assists superior on handling any other assignments/projects as and when required/instructed.
