Operate and monitor metal fabrication machines such as CNC, lathe, milling, stamping, or welding equipment.
Handle materials, load and unload parts according to work instructions.
Inspect parts visually and using measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges) to ensure product quality.
Record daily production data and report abnormalities to Line Leader or Supervisor.
Assist in machine setup and minor maintenance as instructed.
Follow 5S, safety, and company rules at all times.
Support continuous improvement and productivity activities.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in metal or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Able to read and follow work instructions and measurement tools.
Physically fit and willing to work shifts.
Team player with good attendance and discipline.
