JOB SUMMARY

The Production Operator is responsible for executing production line activities in compliance with GMP standards and company SOPs. This includes weighing, mixing, filling, labelling, and packing cosmetic products to ensure consistent quality output. The Operator supports the Production Executive and QA/QC Executive by maintaining accurate records, following procedures, and upholding hygiene and safety practices.

The Production Operator reports directly to the Production Executive and collaborates closely with QA/QC Executive to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SOP's and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute production activities such as weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, packing, and sealing products in accordance with BMR/BPR and SOPs.

2. Maintain strict personal hygiene and ensure cleanliness of all facilities, including production, office, and storage areas, by following established cleaning schedules and SOPs.

3. Ensure proper operation of mixing, packaging, and labeling machines, and troubleshoot minor issues as required.

4. Perform basic quality checks on finished goods, including packaging integrity and labeling accuracy.

5. Complete and maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and cleaning checklists, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready.

6. Assist with preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment, and support inventory management and material handling activities.

7. Ensure finished goods are properly arranged, handled, and prepared for storage and shipment.

8. Communicate effectively with QA/QC and the Production Executive regarding production status, issues, and process improvements.

Requirements

Minimum SPM. Candidates with relevant qualification will have advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
