Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Operate metal fabrication machinery such as CNC punch machines, press brakes, laser cutting, or welding equipment.

2. Assist in the bending, cutting, punching, and welding of metal components for server rack system

3. Assemble server rack frames and components based on technical drawings or work instructions

4. Perform visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure components meet specifications

5. Ensure all parts are labeled, stored, and moved to the next production stage accurately, record production data and complete relevant documentation

6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the workstation, including regular machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

7. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

8. Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately

9. Support inventory management by keeping track of raw materials and finished goods when required

10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions

11. Work collaboratively with supervisors and other operators to achieve daily production targets

12. Knowledge of material handling and care equipment, including pallet jacks, trolleys, and forklifts.

13. In accordance with specifications and quality standards, conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and completed goods.

Requirements:

Male candidates preferred (due to job involving heavy lifting and handling metal materials) Minimum SPM (or equivalent qualification) Able to read and write Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
