- At least 1 - 3 years or above working experience in factory management or operator.
- Technical knowledge in factory management.
- Preferred Malay and Chinese.
- Own transportation (Have a car) Responsibility 1. Responsible for operating and daily production in factory to ensure the accuracy, governance, and maintenance of Standard of procedure\xe2\x80\x99s (SOP). 2. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans. Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans. Define and develop quality criteria- Define outgoing quality plan, work with production, and product management for customer. 3. Responsible for allocating stock and raw material. Make final checks and run well the customer order to avoid any defective items. Ensure finish product to be transfer to loading area or inventory. 4. Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment and control machine equipment for production. 5. To carry out work team spirit. If there is any worker absent, then need to replace and carry out the job function in order to have smooth running operation. 6. To cooperate with the management in the day-to-day operation of the office. 7. Others related matters or assignments, which may delegate to you from time to time by the management.
