Job Responsibilities:
Production Line Operation: Operate and maintain machinery on the production line to ensure smooth workflow.
Product Quality Control: Conduct basic quality inspections, identify and report defective items to ensure output meets standards.
Packaging and Handling: Perform product packaging, labeling, and preparation tasks to ensure proper handling of finished goods.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets on schedule.
5S & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area while strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent. No experience required--comprehensive training provided.
Physical Fitness: Physically fit with ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to shift work (day/night shifts).
Attitude: Demonstrate a positive learning attitude, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary RM2,000 - 2,300, plus overtime pay (OT), shift allowance, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory benefits.
