Our client, a leading US-based pharmaceutical MNC is looking for a skilled Operator to join their growing team in Johor Bahru.

Location: SiLC, Iskandar Puteri
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM

Job Overview:

Responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet requirements while complying with operational standards, procedures, and competitive lead times. Ensure streamlined and accurate production processes, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in alignment with company goals

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and instruments safely with minimal supervision. Adhere to all safety and quality protocols related to PPE. Perform raw material compounding and finished goods packaging in strict compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines to ensure all control points in the manufacturing process are met. Report any unusual situations and halt operations immediately. Complete batch production according to the planned schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies, ISO procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor. Support improvement initiatives within the department and company.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the relevant field, preferably with a pharmaceutical or food industry background. Diploma or equivalent qualifications; preferably in Mechanical Engineering or relevant. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Physically fit for work.
