Role and Responsibilities

Assist the Production H.O.D/Foreman to achieve scheduling requirement. Support and perform jobs crushing & scraps pick up at customer site as and when required. Perform incoming materials receiving and weighing. Perform loading/unloading activity as and when needed for logistic activities. Undertake training in multiple processes. Report equipment downtime to the Production H.O.D. Allocate and arrange raw materials and finished goods in warehouse systematically. To ensure the production area is clean and tidy. Compliance with Company's Health & Safety policy and procedures. Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business. Wear appropriate safety protection at all times and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and procedures. Maintain one's own work area to established housekeeping standards. Perform to meet departmental goals and quality targets. Provide quality products and services that meet customer requirements. Help identify and eliminate problems. Assist in simplification and/or improvements of procedures, techniques or processes. Adhere to all relevant documentation systems used in the production procedure. Assist the operation department on adhoc matter.
