Companies that manufacture things depend on their machines working properly in order for production goals to stay on schedule. Production operators are critical to this process because they monitor equipment and output. Most of their time is spent on the manufacturing floor ensuring everything is going as desired. As might be expected, the environment can be quite noisy.

Job Requirements

Education : SPM or Vocational Certificate in Machining or Mechanical field

Experience : 0-2 years in Production operations (lathe/mill/tapper/Sheet Metal/Assembly)

Drawing Skills : Able to identify part orientation and basic dimensions

Measurement Tools : Calipers, height gauges, plug/thread gauges

Safety Awareness : Understands PPE, safe machine handling, emergency stop procedures

Physical Condition : Able to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights

Soft Skills : Disciplined, eager to learn, follows instructions carefully

Language : Basic understanding of English/Malay for machine instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
