Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for operating, assembling, and inspecting precision components and sub-systems used in semiconductor equipment manufacturing. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met in a clean and controlled manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies with high precision and accuracy. Perform visual and basic functional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications. Record production data, inspection results, and any non-conformities accurately. Follow cleanroom, EHS, and safety procedures at all times. Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Work closely with line leaders, technicians, and engineers to achieve daily production targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with company standards. Assist in material handling, labeling, and packaging when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in manufacturing, production, or assembly environment (semiconductor or precision industry is an advantage). Ability to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or production equipment. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to work

shift schedules and overtime

when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
