Job Description

Production Duties \xc2\xb7 Execute manufacturing process by operating designated production equipment. \xc2\xb7 Select intermediates or raw materials, move and load it into production machines. \xc2\xb7 Understand bill of materials and/or formula specifications, so the proper quantities of materials are added in the proper sequence. \xc2\xb7 Manufacture product in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards. \xc2\xb7 Accurately read control instruments, prepare neat & accurate records for all operations as required. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for completion of all quality test requirements to verify final product quality. \xc2\xb7 Ensure efficient, uninterrupted production and identify and facilitate process improvements, monitor equipment and report production information in a complete, accurate and timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Keep records for production, raw material deliveries, quality samples and equipment and process performance. \xc2\xb7 Prepare product packaging for next step in production or for final shipment to customer according to department specifications. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper operation, maintenance and cleanliness of various laboratory instruments. \xc2\xb7 Work in accordance with all relevant requirements and internal safety guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned. L Quality, Safety, Health and Environment \xc2\xb7 Responsible for housekeeping in the plant and maintaining a clean, safe and clutter free work environment. \xc2\xb7 Know the significant quality, safety & health, and environmental (QSHE) aspects/ impacts associated with work, including relevant legal/ other requirements and emergency preparedness and response. \xc2\xb7 Understand and use the Corporate Sustainability Policy and the Integrated Management System (IMS) as guidance to continuously improve the QSHE aspects of job.
