Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
Assist in managing production schedules, manpower planning, and workflow
Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations
Monitor machine operations and resolve basic production issues
Conduct production reporting, record-keeping, and shift handovers
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Train and guide production operators on work procedures and safety practices
Liaise with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage
Basic understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards
Able to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced production setting
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork
Able to speak Malay, English, and Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
