Job Description

:

Machine Operation

: Operate and monitor injection molding machines, blow molding machines, and other equipment to produce preforms according to specifications.

Quality Control

: Conduct regular quality checks on preforms to ensure they meet quality standards and perform adjustments as needed.

Machine Maintenance

: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance according to Shotscope.

Material Handling

: Load and unload materials, such as resin and preforms, from machines and transport them according to SOP.

Production Monitoring

: Monitor production lines to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting production targets with the quality first concept. (Dryer, Chiller, Cooling tower, Mold)

Troubleshooting

: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines and equipment, and perform basic repairs as needed with updating proper reports in group.

Safety and Housekeeping

: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and machine parameters. Assist in the setup and changeover of machine mold and type of resin. Perform basic testing and inspection of preforms. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Collaborate with QA where preform is on hold by QA, Operator need to do the rework and document the qty being scrapped and the good qty after rework before buy off by QA. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM holder Minimum has 1 year experience as Production Operator Experience in troubleshoot machine Have leadership skill is added advantage Experienced in injection molding process is advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
