JR47792 Production Operator Trainer (Evergreen)

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your main task will be operation training and not limit to below

• Train and Certify Team Members.
• Develop training plans. Use the training management system to assign, track, and certify training.
• Gather training materials and aids.
• Re-evaluate and modify the training plan if necessary.
• Verify that the team member completes certification requirements.
• Follow up after training and certification to ensure that the team member is able to perform the tasks independently and cope well to meet production targets and goals. Provide Production Coverage.
• Assess production needs in terms of skill sets of operators in the area of the shift, and to recommend cross training of operators if required in their shift.
• Communicate schedule changes.
• Provide coverage on equipment and processes.
• Provide Information and Feedback to Manufacturing teams, and Engineering team Assess the need to provide information and feedback from team member to their respective supervisors and process/equipment owners.
• Determine the audience for communication (be it to operators or to supporting groups such as Planning or Engineering).
• Determine delivery method, usually via email to supporting groups, and verbal pass down to team members (i.e. operators) Communicate information or direction. Follow up after delivering the information to close the feedback loop.
• Contribute to Manufacturing Procedures. Determine the need for procedural changes after feedback from the manufacturing team and work closely with their respective supervisors.
• Seek preliminary approval for changes through supervisors to submit request for change. Communicate the change upon approval. Complete any special training if necessary.
• Follow up after procedures have been changed. Adhere to Company rules and regulations, and Promote Safety in the Workplace.
• Identify and promptly report hazards. Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper personal protective equipment and chemical safety.
• Ensure that equipment and tools are operated within manufacturer \xe2\x84\xa2 and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least SKM 3 (Engineering) or Diploma (non-engineering)
• Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions
• Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties
• Willing to work on 12-hours shift
