1. Strong knowledge of production equipment and processes. 2. Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and team management. 3. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in a food manufacturing environment. 4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of production employees. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of problems. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 7. Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. 8. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 9. Willing to work overtime on weekend or public holiday. 10. Able to work under tight timelines and withstand the pressure 11. Good organizational, planning and analytical skills. 12. Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality. 13. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment. 14. Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 15. Good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently. 16. Ability to multitask, work independently, hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, result-oriented, positive and self-motivated. 17. Good common of written and spoken language(s): English, Malay and/or Mandarin. 18. Willing to work outside of regular business hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
