Production Planner Assistant

Job Description

:



1. Responsible for production planning and control and scheduling of production order

for all production processes.

2. Review daily production output and adjust the production plan whenever necessary.

3. Closely monitor and coordinate with Production, Supply Chain/ Warehouse, Quality

Control and Product Development Center to ensure delivery schedules are met.

4. Attend contract review meeting and provide committed delivery dates to the Program

Department.

5. Prepare monthly planning report.

6. Plan and manage sub-contractors if needed during capacity constrain.

7. Plan and prioritize production plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum

delay.

8. Provide feedback to the Management/ Program Department on production work loading

status.

9. Monitor production progress closely to ensure on-time delivery.

10. Ensure all Manufacturing Order are accurately updated in the ERP in terms of

quantity and scheduling.

11. Monitor raw material and standard part supply flow and identify any shortages in

usage.

12. Track and communicate with the Supply Chain on third parties' schedules such as

subcontract and special processes.

13. Troubleshoot problems on scheduling that occur during production.

14. Identify and resolve issues relating to inventory in production such as Work-In-

Progress (WIP).

15. To highlight machine capacity, constraints, if any.

16. Any other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Minimum Advance Diploma or Degree in any field and with Minimum 2 years

Education & Qualifications:



1. Minimum Advanced Diploma or Degree in any field and with Minimum 1 year

working experience in Project management / manufacturing industry.

Experience:



1. Experienced in program/ project management .

2. Experienced in manufacturing processes.

Knowledge:



1. Knowledge in Aerospace standard - AS9100 & ISO 9001 (added advantage).

2. Knowledge in understanding customer's product requirement.

3. Knowledge in machining tooling (added advantage).

4. Knowledge in material behavior ( Alum, SUS, MS etc ) (added advantage).

Skills:



1. Good judgement and capable in making decisions in complex, challenging and

sensitive situations.

2. Excellent verbal communication & leadership skill.

3. Good understanding in internal QMS related processes and its interaction.

Abilities:



1. Ability to identify and manage conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive

outcome with degree of probity, integrity and confidentiality.

2. Ability in decision making that always protect product safety and ensuring product

conformity to all the requirement.

3. Ability in coordinate with internal and external service provider in ensure operation

smoothness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
