Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Production, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in a production planning and control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and organisational goals
• Analyse production data and forecasts to identify potential bottlenecks and optimise resource utilisation
• Coordinate the flow of materials, resources and information to ensure a seamless production process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production activities with sales, procurement and quality assurance
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery
• Implement and maintain production control systems and procedures to enhance productivity and quality
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on production performance and key metrics
• Other tasks as assigned by Superior
