Job Description

You are required to manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. You are required to plan and execute production and delivery You are assist to create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders under SAP Work closely with cross departments to update demand forecast You are required to prepare weekly ops report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule, materials planning, You are required to review and control the production progress, follow-up with relevant departments to eliminate delays by expediting material shipments You will works closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments You are required to monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan You are required to analyse, prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on inventory, aging valuation, order delivery and service -provider performance. You will assists in developing, maintaining and improving existing processes, procedures and key performance metrics Responsible in production, material supply planning control as well as purchasing. Schedule the supply of materials/ components to meet the production requirements and minimum safety stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit. Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions. Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production. Any other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

Preferences will be given to candidates who have experience in Production, Material Planning. Experience in SAP system is an added advantage. Ability to work independently. Resourceful, independent and meticulous. Excellent communication skills.
