Overseas entire manufacturing facilities, schedule and flow of work or between departments to expedite production

Review master production schedule and work orders and revises schedule according to work order specifications, establish priorities and availability or capacity of workers, material, machine and equipment.

Reschedule identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine set-up, to develop cost-effective measures

Review distributes work order to departments, donating quantity, type and proposed completion date of units to be produced.

Review documents such as production schedule, work orders and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and material priorities

Liaise with department supervisors to determine progress of work and provide information on processing

Compile reports concerning of work and downtime due to failure of machine and equipment and to explain on production delays.

Requirements

At least bachelor degree, post graduate diploma in any science, engineering, management or others filed related to planning and job arrangement.
Minimum 2 year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment
Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.
