Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and material availability. Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize production output. Monitor inventory levels and work with teams to prevent stockouts or excess. Track production performance, analyze deviations, and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing production planning. Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
