Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
To command the production schedule of share equipment resources. Liaising with production manager and supervisors to priority the work order through the shared workstation.
Long/Short-term production capacity analysis with production team to drive the capacity resource planning
Coordinate daily production meeting with related function team to review production schedule, actual output VS plan, also review the issue occurred during work for short/long-term solution as well as risk assessment
Work with planning team or marketing for the customer order rescheduling to adapt the demands change.
Working with Engineer & production team for product cycle time monitoring.
Maintain report for production planning activities and sequences
Investigate production problem, Analyse root cause and provide solutions.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Your Profile :
Min Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Technology Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years and above experienced
Able to work independently and working under pressure
Strong problem solving skills and good analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power point
