• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Communicate with sales and customer service teams to provide updates on production status and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
